It means you can't trade in Canada currently. The BCSC messed up pretty bad. You'll be able to trade in a week or so. So unless you want to buy or sell within the next two weeks it means nothing.

BCSC requested quarterlies then cease trade will be lifted. Paperwork will take about a week.
