as Team Kong. We see a big run up right before the Tweeted news, which I am sure was just a coincidence (wink wink), and does ISBG give one piece of information about this BIG deal?

Of course they don't.

We don't know what debt if any they assumed from DKTS.

We don't know what they paid or owe for a MAJORITY stake in Cavoda Spirits or what their financial condition is.

We don't know what their inventory numbers are.

$11MM market cap....eh?
