Brio Financial isn't a pcaob.org registered firm and can't perform the audit required "for the company to uplist to the NASDAQ-OTCQB" which, by the way, is something that doesn't exist.

Szaferman, Lankind, Brumstein & Blader, P.C is a law firm (it's Blumstein, by the way) and they may be handy people to know, but they can't perform an audit either.
