Very true. this sort of funding is basically a big F U to shareholders from mgmt. It should be illegal in the sense that it is Always destructive to shareholder value....considering they can Short a Stock into oblivion while converting shares at basement prices. Who is to stop a well organized team from converting shares at .009 - below a penny? They can control companies this way all in the name of some biotech not wanting to lose their jobs. In the end....they can reissue themselves shares if the pipeline and plan succeed.

THey will herald the company as a SUCCESS, when in reality they established no value considering the dilution that took place to get them there. It is an Illusion of success with these biotech companies who claim they Hit it Big. No, they did not. Whoever was allowed to get cheap stock in the end will win big.

IT is a major problem, and the Exchanges should be ashamed of themselves along with any company that does this. It is basically a professional Short and Load and Grab Market Share then Pump program.
