My conversation with Paul on the day the filing came out was scheduled on August 19th when Paul first agreed to do the interview with me. If you'd read the article carefully, you'd have noticed that we agreed to do the actual interview after the financials were published and he had called me on that day to do just that. It was a coincidence that shareholders were reacting badly and I happened to be the first person he could ask what was happening.

The article went out on Seeking Alpha. There's an "About This Article" link at the end which states...

I was chosen for the interview because I had written four previous articles (two about mCig) and proven that I could get them published and was a legitimate contributor. Paul also could see that I was very familiar with the company and would ask thorough and intelligent questions.
