Scary stuff if a shareholder...I am confident that those (some or all) will be diluted onto the existing shareholders that supported Vanis over the last few years. Truly amazing he may take advantage of shareholders like this. It seems apparent to me from the wording of the letter that shares will be used to move forward. Hope I am wrong.
