The Canadian oil businesses are the hardest hit globally with the downcycle. They have the highest cost and will be the last to recover in my opinion. When your other oil holdings begin their upcycle it should be a good bellwether that these stocks should be attractive. All in my personal opinion. - Timothy Smith
