Well the good thing is the share price has nothing to do with how much money a company has on hand. A company can trade at 0.001 and have $100,000,000 dollars in the bank. The lack of interest and/or manipulation can cause the pps to drop well below its value.

There are some companies that have traded, and are still trading, above $1 w/ zero cash on hand, but the share price is so high because of investor interest/demand/hype, and that's what raises the price and value of shares,......unfortunately. Not the actual fundamentals in most cases. So yes I can see CRGP having the cash on hand to give out a dividend, while still having an insanely low share price.
