Go to the judge and ask the judge to say WOW NOW THAT I KNOW WHAT I KNOW - that changes things

(and I assume Fairholme was one of several cases that Lamberth dismissed with a wave of the hand --- so Fairholme adds to the Perry appeal of their lead case but also is pushing on their own district court approach case (v the claims approach with Sweeny)
