100% agree with you, the transparency from Francine has been fantastic and having official documents for the things she has mentioned is even more re-assuring. I would just like to see us take the semi stability we have, to low 00 levels, and out of trips. While this has been a great flipper for the past couple months, it is time with all the updates for us to steadily start growing. That's all.
