Where's the new board for NASDAQ PGLC?
Can't find the new Pershing Gold board, keep getting directed to PGLCD...

By the way, from just this week alone, filings say Dr. Frost bought 25,000 shares on the open market at $4.03 per share.
Also, Director Honig bought 65,000 shares on the open market at $3.87,
5,000 shares at $4.39,
10,000 at $4.67, and
5,000 at $4.80.
Also, H.C. Wainwright assumed coverage of PGLC with a Buy rating and a 12-month price target of $8.80 per share.

Nothing but positive news and insider buying here.
