Lawsuit update
On Pacer, the New York Southern District Lawsuit against L&L Energy has been transferred to Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Peck.
The settlement is opposed by Mark J. Levine and Joseph D. Bessent.

Magistrate Judge Peck has accepted a petition to keep the settlement date as June 26, 2015 based on settlement agreement. The July 31, 2015 hearing is a Fairness Hearing with appeals allowed.
