ATLANTA, July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE MKT: APTS) ("PAC" or the "Company") today announced that it closed on an investment of up to approximately $56 million in 360 Irvine Lending, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in connection with its plans to develop an approximately 280-unit multifamily community in Irvine, California. Additionally, with this investment, PAC received an option to purchase the multifamily community following stabilization at a discounted price to market.
