Who decided then to increase the OS, and how much is the OS the AS and the float?

How many shares have the two goons at the head of the company?

The latest that I know, is the 6.9% given to the purchaser Macallan Partners, for 68,000,000 shares.

That means that the AS is almost all exhausted.

Anybody knows about these questions?
