I have researched this stock over the last year and have determined it’s potential. Since then, I have acquired 1,200,000 shares. Here are some old and new information regarding Homeland Securities that explains why there is potential and unlike Ron will remain in this stock until it explodes.
1. General Georgiou is the President of Pro.Sec, a leading Middle Eastern security company. Pro.Sec has recently entered into an agreement with Homeland Integrated Security Systems to purchase over $8 Million of Homeland Integrated Security Systems' products that they intend to incorporate into the security systems to protect commercial buildings and government installations. The $5.5 Million order for the Cyber Noze Division Trace Detection unit is in addition to the $2.5 Million purchase order Homeland Integrated Security Systems received from Pro.Sec for 5000 Cyber Trackers.
2. Jan 23, 2006 -- CyberKey Corporation (OTC:CYKC.PK) and Homeland Integrated Security Systems (OTC:HISC.PK) are pleased to announce the signing of a multi-million-dollar joint sales and marketing agreement. Both parties estimate that sales of the Cyber Tracker(TM) will be in excess of $6 Million through CyberKey Corporation.

3.Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) and WM Robots, LLC, announced today that they have signed a distribution agreement for MR 5 ROBOTS and CUVSS 'Under Vehicle Surveillance System' to be distributed by the Cyber Noze division of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc., in both Domestic and International marketsAs part of the agreement, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of CUVSS "Under Vehicle Surveillance System." HISS will receive approximately 30% of each unit sold, at an average of more than $90,000 per unit. Homeland Integrated Security Systems anticipates the market for the CUVSS 'Under Vehicle Surveillance System' to be more than $25 million in the next 3 years.

4.HISC.PK) has signed an agreement with Rent Finders USA, Inc. (RFDU.PK) for Rent Finders USA to purchase a minimum of a half a million dollars worth of Homeland Integrated Security Systems' Cyber Trackers to keep track of its field agents. The agreement gives Rent Finders USA exclusive rights to sell the technology within the real estate industry. These rights to "Cyber Tracker" technology, which will be marketed as "Agent Tracker," are extended in exchange for a guaranteed minimum of $500,000 in sales for three years, with initial orders to begin immediately. The companies expect sales to be as high as $1.5 million over the next three years.

This is some of the individuals that are going to help this stock sore.
1.Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. Retains Former President Bush Appointee , Barry Bennett to Head Governmental Sales Division.
2.Homeland Integrated Security Systems Appoints Nextel Executive, Chris Panel, as director 3. Adam S. Clough, a former Nextel Executive, as the new Vice President of Corporated evelopment. 4. Homeland Integrated Security Systems Appoints Fred Wicks as Chief Operating Officer Mr. Wicks has previously worked for a $13 billion factory automation company called Invensys and for Rockwell International Corporation, Inc

Lastly, here was some news that came out recently. Weston, FLA., Jun 06, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: Technest Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: TCNH), Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC), Smith Micro Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMSI), Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: PLT) and SmarTire Systems Incorporated (OTCBB: SMTR).

Well if good profits and a solid product line in not enough to stay, then I am not sure what is.
