This is a thinly traded stock...

The best strategy for the SMART INTELLIGENT INVESTOR to do is WAIT Until 10 Cents a share...This way the SMART INTELLIGENT INVESTOR can be Sure that Briscoe has funding in place and not selling snake oil.....
