CEO, Michael James, & Pres/CMO, Jim Kras need to be held accountable. James prides himself on being a financial expert and Kras still thinks he is one of the best marketing experts in the industry. Yet these two bumbling clowns made every mistake possible with their heads in the clouds. Kras was intent on promoting his own brands, Bikini Ready and Slim Trim, while James gave him the green light a year ago to run the company any way he wanted. Of course Kras jumped at the opportunity to concentrate on his brands, while James concentrated on his other outside interest to help pad his income. Recently they both even had the gall to state that stakeholders weren't giving them enough credit for all that they accomplished to date.

It was completely deceiving to throw a big launch event for Nulief, knowing they were not going to do anything with it for more than year, other than put in a single dispensary. If that wasn't bad enough, 3 weeks ago James announces a new partnership for Nulief to handle sales and promotional activity, but to date has failed to state who the partnership is with. But what really topped it all off was these death spiral financing deals with Sason, that they both knew would destroy the share price as he converted his shares.

The fact is we were all led to believe that they were going to something big with their CBD Initiative, beginning with a meaningful launch for Nulief, but in the end all we got was an announcement from Kras about a big summer promotional event for Bikini Ready. Yes, despite the costly January Bikini Ready promotional event that couldn't create enough sales to make it near worthwhile, he announces yet another costly Bikini Ready promotion vs backing up their Nulief launch event with something meaningful that we were all led to believe would be happening soon.

James made just as bad of mistake with his royalty deal with Martha Stewart that was completely in outer space with such a ridiculous royalty schedule. James must have thought her name would make it a bestseller in months, when in reality, it never took off from the start. Funny how he couldn't afford to utilize TV advertising for MSE, but Kras could for Bikini Ready.

After putting together an impressive Advisory Board for their CBD Initiative that helped to create the best hemp based CBD product in the market, they push that aside in order to do another Bikini Ready promotion. The one product with the most potential with no competition at retail chains is launched into a single dispensary a month after the big expensive launch party to introduce Nulief to the world. It doesn't get much dumber than that, but sadly it does!

If I were a company trying to break into the CBD business, I would be pounding down the door at Inergetics to buy Nulief and possibly their entire CBD program at this point. Without a doubt they have the best possible formulation in a unique capsulation in an excellent packaging for the retail industry that would quickly produce trial and repeat sales, something very much needed for this company and its investors. Seeing how these two have screwed this all up to this point, they would be prime for selling this at a huge discount for pennies on the dollar for not realizing what they have.

However, they did a good job in stringing some of us along, believing they were going to have a major launch for Nulief. We were well deceived with the big Nulief launch event, since it doesn't make any sense to make a big production over this launch event, knowing you were only going to launch it in ONE dispensary! I mean how is that even legal? To make matters worse, Kras has been quoted by various news sources as saying Nulief is in multiple dispensaries in various states, when we still can't be sure it even truly exist in the one dispensary they claimed in a PR.

This is how I see things to date and though I can't be sure of everything, it sure seems to be the case imho, given what we have witnessed to date. Why are they keeping this partnership they announced 3 weeks ago a mystery? I mean we are not even sure there is a real partnership until more details are released to verify it. There are a lot of things here that smell really rotten and management hasn't done a thing to clear the air as the share price sinks lower and lower, week by week. Wouldn't you think they would announce more about this so called partnership at time like this when their share price is taking a beating? To go completely quiet at a time like this is pure suicidal and ludichrist!

The names, Michael James and Jim Kras are now being associated with one of the worst fiascos in the OTC markets today. For the past two years the stock has went from a high of $.34 to $.0007 today. At this point, the stock would have to jump almost 50,000% to get back to 34 cents!!!!!!!!!!! That's what happens when you do a financing deal with the devil and don't know what the hell you are doing! So much for that untarnished reputation that our CEO, Michael James has boasted about. When does a person with such expertise in financing make a financing deal with a well known Death-Spiral Convertible Financier? http://www.bloombergview.com/articles/2015-03-12/death-spiral-convertible-financier-has-a-lot-of-fun

If Inergetic's doesn't release some details about this Nulief partnership next week, we should probably assume the same as what we witnessed with the Nulief launch event, whereas, it was just a hyped up event with no substance.

This is just shameful and a real kick in the guts to us shareholders who were led to believe this company was being run by a fair and honest CEO, who in the end has hurt us so much with these despicable and unethical acts of trickery with the Nulief launch event and death spiral financing deals.

Regrettably, I have to take full responsibility for my investment here and my mistake of believing in the CEO, who until recently has been straight forward and honest. Obviously, money has the power to change one's view in that regard. I doubt I will post much more, as there is very little hope of recuperating my heavy losses and I would only be repeating what I said today. I truly wish the best for everyone I have had the pleasure to get to know here and it kills me inside to know the losses we have all suffered at the hands of inept management at an opportune time when we should have been enjoying the actual launch of Nulief at retail. So Long & Cheers!
