JGF CONSULTING GROUP TO WORK WITH USCORP

San Diego, California, June 11, 2015 JGF Consulting Group (JGF) announces it is working with USCorp (USCS.PK) to expedite various projects including USCorp’s fulfillment of OTCMarkets reporting requirements through OTCIQ.

Jason Furbush, principal of JGF, an unincorporated California consultancy, said, “We will first concentrate on expediting all necessary filings to OTCMarkets to regain USCorp's reporting and trading status”.

Other projects JGF may work on with USCorp include acquisitions of profitable entities and joint ventures with solid capital growth opportunities.

Furbush plans discussions with possible joint venture partners that he will introduce to USCorp if financially beneficial to all parties.
