Looks like the flippers sold in panic. It would have closed at 0029, but just before 3:15pm, the flippers who bought above 0.003 to sell above 0035 before close, panicked at 0026 and prolly put market sells and the mms grabbed them at 002's.
From tomorrow the mms may go up or consolidate till next week for another shot up. News on consecutive days will be a bonus.
