run up in share price prior to the SHM?
It seems I'n not the only one thinking that SHM will not affect the share price.

fatsoo -- Why are we to believe that there will be a
run up in share price prior to the SHM?
If that were to happen wouldn't it appear to look like some sort of manipulation to relieve pressure at the SHM? We constantly see posts (daily) complaining about how terribly our stock is manipulated in the open market. We see large blocks of shares traded which cannot be accounted for.
If there is good news that can/will be available in the next 2 weeks then why wasn't it available 2 weeks ago or 4 weeks ago or back when we went into the dumps over the Russian fiasco?
That our share value has been harmed by shorting, both legal and illegal/naked and by market manipulation is without question. Is that the only reason our share price is where it currently is? No. Ineptitude by management has and is hurting us as much as any shorting/manipulation. Time lines which never are met -- these are also to blame. DEALS!!!!! that are announced that are never closed -- these are also to blame.
fatsoo, when the company succeeds then management deserve praise but when they fail or do not follow through then they also deserve to be taken to task.
I am just sorry that more honest long term shareholders/posters are not more concerned about share value.
fatsoo, I checked last years volume/price numbers leading up to the SHM and share price not only did not rise in anticipation it actually continued to fall -- see numbers below -- also notice that on our first day on the AMEX we closed at $3.92 but after the SHM we continued our decline.
