You are confused. He had progressive metastatic inoperable cancer no longer responding to treatment, and yet it responded from DCVax-Direct treatment allowing him to have surgery if he so chose. Although surgery may not be the best therapeutic choice for all DCVax-Direct patients -- because the injectable tumor -- until it becomes completely necrotic -- becomes part of the vaccine. Anhe and I simply pointed out the flaw in your present point.
