He's thrusted himself into the public eye with this high profile venture involving a controversial subject called hemp and cannabis. It's a political and public, controversial subject. And he knows that he shares the almost identical name as a convicted drug dealer. So, it is evident that he has the responsibility to clear the record in support of his public persona. So, does global hemp have the money to pay those farmers for the hemp they grew...or not?
