In theory you would be spot on, however you are dealing with scam artists that, have your shares locked up, so you can't apply any kind of strategy like a stop loss...because, they have your shares in a fixed situation of locked out and destine for a guarantee loss at their will!

You should also, know, that... even if, you have a stop loss on a stock , if, it is falling or moving against you, you can't exit it, until it has stopped falling!

Your stop loss would be passed by...ignored, so to speak!

These Bastards could care less about any stop losses, they probably think it's a big laugh that, someone would think, they can protect themselves from these two well planned scammers!

Ask around and many will tell you, we couldn't get our money out if and when, we wanted too!
