it seems like the insider BUYING is one insider trying to take control of the company by issuing himself shares at whim. Maybe this is the low, maybe he wants to prevent a take-over, maybe he wants control to do whatever he wants, just like he is doing now by giving himself all those shares. Maybe, instead of a salary, he is being paid handsomely in company shares.....not really sure the company is doing that great from what I have read, so this is not a jump into it right away kinda stock, but it has my attention regardless
