Uhhh once again, it's helpful to read what I actually wrote. I was talking about JERRY being sued for fraud, not Paritz. I thought that was pretty clear.. in fact, I really can't see how it could possibly be misunderstood:

I seriously doubt Jerry & Roy will let a real accountant within 100 miles of their books however, instead relying on that clown Stock to cook up some juicy numbers. You know, the guy working with Jerry on that case where they were sued for fraud?
