Just got off the phone with Amazon Customer Service. I asked her if Amazon was not allowing any CBD oil to be sold on Amazon. All customer service people have access to what is called the 'Restricted Item' list. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes while she checked. She said as of yet, there is no such ruling from Amazon. She said Amazon has their own products and sells them online, and then there are 3rd party people, like you or me who sells online and ships their own products. The girl found quite a bit of CBD oil products still being sold and shipped by Amazon listed on their site, as well as 3rd party CBD oil.

I have no idea who told Cruz that Amazon was no longer allowing CBD oil to be sold on their site. Maybe he can clarify this.
