I tried warning people of sub penny land months ago but my message was deleted. The problem I see with LBSR is a few things. For one, putting a copper mine in Arizona is just as difficult as NAK is having in Alaska. So that trying to find a partner to come up with money that might be interested could be turned away. Read about the superior Mine approval and see what they had to go through in Arizona.

Secondly, visitors must consider the cost for road access and other infrastructure needs for a mine. If it looks feasible, then there is the political aspects to satisfy. Unless you have some politicians in your pocket, the difficulty percentage goes up. Thirdly, a new mine must be visioned by those willing to put up the money. If there is no vision, once hopeful partners will walk away.Fourthly is the competition: look how many other companies are trying to do the same thing in the region. The state is inundated with hopeful copper projects. Most of those are large, money-banked companies who carry a much better hand of cards than LBSR. If there were a thousand projects at hand by promising drilling projects, I assume that LBSR would come last for acceptance. Fifthly, history is repeating itself: Jim Briscoe and a few others made trips abroad looking for a partner back in 2010. Vistors showed up as well, while all of us expected a deal. There wasn't one. Then LBSR hired a company to help them search for a partner and spent a lot of money for the service in the process, nothing came to fruition. When I saw that traveling to find a partner was again in the picture, I worried. Do some research and go over posts back in 2010, it's all there. The sixth thing to consider is the credit rating for LBSR. The company has a very bad reputation of not paying their bills to toxic loans and could be a reason that partners are hard to find. You can find out about it by going years back on your research. Looking ahead, I see a reverse split coming, which will squelch the dream of seeing financial growth in peoples pocket books.

I hope this helps. This message will probably be erased anyway. Oh well.
