I too was concerned when the news was announced. After further review I am holding for the following reasons.

1. The board of directors is taking the same share we own, in leau of salary. Why?
2. This is a perfect time to run all the disbelivers out and accumulate additional shares, very cheap.
3. Part of the agreement with EVSI before closing the merger was for a. the completion of aquiring actsoft
b. the 1 for 10 reverse split (EVSI only)
c. other items to numerous to mention
(read the SEC filings on EVSI site).
and as of today none has happened, that I can find.

Remember, if you are selling - someone is buying - WHY? Because they know something.

I will keep my shares and take my gains to the bank; before the end of the year. The product is sound, the potential great, we receive a dividend - from a pinksheet stock!!!!! WOW What else need be said.
