Investors should take the time to read the "Intellectual Property" section of this disclosure to see all the warnings of failure.

Flabio claims to have all this technology that his "direct selling" companies have supposedly developed but no trademarks and no patents and claims to use "copyright" for protection.

Flabio and Duhberto need to look up what protection "affixing a copyright" gives them.

Where's the $10K that Flabio supposedly paid to WDAS when he approved the sale of WGG to himself?
