The patents are worthless. They aren't even trying to maintain that pretense anymore.

Also have a look at the Mar 10, 2010 update video. Five years later and... It still makes noise. It still turns a shaft with no load attached. It's speed still goes up and down, seemingly with no way to control it.
So if Cosworth sold engines based on promised horsepower and fuel efficiency, then never delivered them to customers even years later, would anyone recommend investing in them?
