It was really nice to see Mr Grossman appearing in an article about the company today. Unfortunately there was no trading pitch on the article, highlighting the investment opportunity for the readers but other then that it was nice to read.

A few comments to assist the uninformed:

1) If Mr. Grossman made a "trading pitch" or appeared to "highlight the investment opportunity" for readers, he would break the law, in violation of SEC regulations.

2) This is a "trade magazine" about fish. This is the Fish Site. If the interview were conducted on the Good Investing Site it would be appropriate to cite a progression of facts that leads the reader to discern the investment opportunity all by himself or herself. But, even in an appropriate venue, for a Company representative to promote the stock -- or even appear to hint that it is a good investment opportunity -- is illegal.

3) The story was written and edited by a third party. Lucy Towers wrote based on her agenda for her publication.

Personally, I think it's a good thing to raise awareness of the company and its impressive projects wherever possible. The announcement by Burnham will help the Company raise interest in the U.S., including financial and trade analysts and journalists.
