Your knowledge about a gov shipment already done that you can see with your gov clearance checks out! Management told me that not all transactions are known yet. They are completing business but will only PR something that is really big and not every transaction is PRed. They're gonna drop info on us soon and the share price will follow there fundamentals!!! SoOum $$$
