The Company’s net loss for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014 is significantly larger than its loss for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, due mostly to a significant increase in the Company’s operating expenses. The Company had an increase in revenue during the year ended December 31, 2014 and a corresponding increase in cost of sales. However, the Company had a significant increase in general and administrative expenses during the same period."
