Dealing with a local government is very different than, say, Jackson Wineries. The business pays their bills. The government doesn't have huge sums of cash on hand to pay, nor do they want to be the ones to sign up for the debt. So they will allow the price over the long term to be more for the taxpayer. Do we really want to use up the cash fund, something he said he wouldn't do, or go into debt for the install price to get 15 years of income dribbling back in. And deal with changing managers after each election? I smell trouble to be honest. It would raise our profile, give us great referrals, some steady income, but the outlay??? Tough decision for Mr. Nelson.
