That's not what my direction was. We were discussing sec rule violations.

I realize people can get into trouble for what they post, but I wasn't addressing libel issues, that's a whole different story.

I really don't think someone can get into trouble if they just come along and post (even something as outlandish as this) IBM buys sony!!!!!!!!!!!! I know the story!!!!!!! buy!! buy!! buy!! if they don't have any position at all one way or another, but as I posted, I am not sure.
