infrastructure has to come first though... they can't get say fifty thousand subs and then put the infrastructure in place afterwards.. this would quickly kill the company's reputation.
Besides, the amount of revenue from fifteen thousand or twenty or whatever the capacity is will not be sufficient or as large as what they could get from selling shares...
I would prefer they just sell the shares and quickly build up the DC's and inventory.. then engage in a more aggressive advertising program.
