Mr. Bleckman is a representative of a publicly traded company. He does not have the privlage of making private statements relating to the company to certain shareholders and not to others. He can make all the private statements he wants to you about golf, fishing and the weather.
So common sense and the law say he cannot divulge information about company business to one shareholder that he will not share with another shareholder.
If the information you say he told you in a converstaion is no big deal, then why would he deny saying it? Kevin
