Here is what I emailed him and ask him to confirm from your post:

Mr. Leinwand, GTE lawyer, was meeting with the SEC in New York about GTE's share price being manipulated...YESTERDAY MORNING...when the "clerical error" happened...

Here is Mr. Bleckmans response:
"I am not confirming that statement. I did not make it"
