The majority of penny stocks have a gagged TA (especially the popular ones) because most transfer agents started charging for all the calls they would get each and every day from the same people wanting to know if there was dilution. Most of these TAs are small (1 or 2 people answering phones) and have to issue certs and do many other important tasks for investors and the companies they rep. Giving out the share structure for every nervous penny investor is a serious waste of their time

Im not saying its a good thing, but its extremely common for a penny stock to have a gagged TA... as im sure you already know

Regardless, the same negatives can be preached over and over, each and every day, but its not going to matter once they start attracting the masses to VOIS ticker... We were hearing the same negatives at .001 and now its .003, with a high of .0058, it does not matter to those of us that know how to make money... when the Asian, European, etc masses come pouring in here, it would be lucrative to have a few shares. You wont make these percentage gains from 10+ years of compounding bank interest. Thats why people dabble in the OTCasino.
