Agreed! My guess is, if there was very much in the way of good news...we'd probably be getting all sorts of press about it.
On the other hand, if there's bad news to break or to deal with...they'd probably prefer to deal with it via a CC so that it's not out there in writing.
While the CC is ostensibly about the subjects referenced in the announcement, my guess is that it's probably going to cover much of the same things that were written about in the shareholder letter put out last month, only maybe elaborated on a bit more. imo
