The ability to Uplist to another exchange can literally be the only GOOD reasoning that I can fathom, but they didn't really need to go this route if that was the case and they have the goods.

I'm legitimately lost on this one.

Things seemed okay but then hammered by news that was seemingly known for 2-3 weeks by some.
What the heck is that?

That delay is/was a doozie. How can that be if it was actually voted on? Voted on solely by the Closely Held NON FLOATED SHARES? We're they the Majority? I haven't been around here long enough to really know. Anyone care to expand on this?
