Needs to be per-blended and sold at the pump to get major acceptance, legitimacy and then adoption by truckers. Not going to spend time at the pump and then have separate $ transaction to buy the additive and then put it to the tank? Needs buzz in the "truckers lounge" that this is not another can of moose milk as well as ease of use to really make a difference.
