Answer to your new question is, CMF moving opposite to the Price trend, normally shows a conflict, not so much manipulation. Any manipulation connected with this conflict, is normally in the area of short covers or insiders accumulating, on some non public knowledge.
What happens is price walks down and buying pressure increases or vise versa. This type of conflict indicates to me that something is happening behind the retail sentiment. The norm is buying during climbs & selling during falls. For those in TA 101 1/2 stage.
