I'll be completely honest here. I began penny stocks almost a year ago. I invested in several marijuana related stocks when the "green rush" occurred in the pink sheets. I invested in a few different companies in which 3 of them just went down the toilet. Because I believed in UTRM and saw the content Chris was producing I sold all my losing stocks and invested all of the funds into UTRM. After investing everything I had left, Chris backed out of the company which turned into a complete downward spiral. No content, no PRs, nothing. Beings I only have 1 year experience in penny stocks, my mind begins to believe this could have been a bait and switch type of thing. I may be completely wrong here and I want to assure you I am not a basher. I don't know if you can see a history of my posts on this board but if you can, you'll see I defended this company from $.01 until now. It's obviously way too late to pull out of this stock considering I bought in at $.01 but I'm struggling to understand how the PPS could drop so significantly if this company is still following the original business plan. I defended Chris when everybody was dissing him because I loved the content, I loved the video updates he provided, and I had a lot of faith.
The content is gone, the video updates are gone, and now my faith is dwindling down. My suggestion about the SEC may have been a beginner's solution but I literally have no idea how to tell if it's a scam or not, that's all.
