What is your thought then about Mgt. raising PPS in such a way that makes the r/s ratio more favorable ?

A 1-5 at 80 cents is much better for them and all longs versus a 1-10 at 40 cents !! For this to happen - they must have something positive up their sleeve, but WHEN will it be revealed ??
