That's the kind of thing that keeps me skeptical here. According to the share structure info we have, the A/S is not high enough to accommodate the convertible note due this week. What's worse is that there is another note due at the beginning of next month. I'm almost certain the A/S is not 5 billion. Rico will be caught in another lie IMO. Last time he raised the A/S he didn't file anything at the time and shareholders didn't find out about it until the fins were filed. I suspect the same thing will happen again.
