I think we’d all cash the check

That would all depend on the size of the check. MZEI shareholders are a delusional bunch--many were certain that a mystical entity was going to fund the company at 5 dollars per share over a decade ago. More recently, all the comments regarding buyout prices have been north of one dollar.

At a price offered by a suitor.

Assuming they get EPA approval and limited sales---as your scenario suggests, how much of a bump in share price from the 8 cents we are trading can we expect. 10 to 30 cents maybe ?

Unless a bidding war erupts between competing companies, I'm thinking any buyout price may be much less than the shareholder base is anticipating.

Will the delusional shareholder base finally get a dose of reality and take what they can get ? Past history seems to indicate otherwise.

Ed may not want to sell for any variety of reasons, I’m reminded of a Western saying, ‘money talks and _____ walks’.

What's a 70 year old man going to do with money. From talking to various people who have dealt with Ed over the years, its all about the glory. He'll sell out if he gets an interview on CNBC or CNN, possibly an article in a major newspaper, but unless he gets the recognition he feels he deserves, he will be a thorn in the side.
