I can only speculate on when the news is coming.. maybe a week or two?

The important thing is the what, and I will be sticking around to reap the reward when it does come.

RXMD - we know what the liabilities are and how they are being converted, after which the SS will still be reasonable small in light of large assets, very nice expanding revenues and a newly-clean balance sheet (free of liabilities). On top of this, there have been major recent power-plays by the management to blow the business up even more.

p.s. As for the ticker you provided (DIRV) - the SS is bloated, with $500K yet-to-be-converted notes, massive liabilties, and paltry assets+revenue. Not my cup of tea but I appreciate your sharing with me.
