A thought on today's filing:

Zagorin reported his acquistion of 7.4M shares @ 0.067/share roughly 6 months after the "transaction date" (in March) .. perhaps they were restricted and had to be reported when the came off restriction, or perhaps they were finally registered 6 months later.

Either way, today's amendments simply indicates that, at the time of his Form 4 filing, he was no longer a 10% stakeholder of the company.

I consider this move to be a formality to indicate to the SEC and FINRA that he is no longer obligated to report his trades. Whether or not it was triggered by a change in his position, I don't know.
