Even with a modest R/S I don't see it as quite as much of a negative situation as most seem to.

The math still works out as far as I can tell. Percentages are percentages and ratios, ratios.

I'm quite new to the game, in fact this is the first stock I've ever dealt with directly, though not the first I've examined. Not sure if that is a typical thing to disclose. I believe I've learned quite a lot from this stock and you chatty people on this board. Not even sure if it's appropriate to the rules.

Are reverse splits actually that damning?

Even with the largest split that is ever so hesitantly making it's way to the table currently, it's not as though there's going to be a handful shares trading in the hundreds of dollars.

Dollars don't appear to be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with ECIG at all. Other than panic I don't see glaringly negative issues here, given DD is performed.
